摘要
目的 探讨雄激素对大鼠阴茎海绵体结构的影响。方法 将 30只成年雄性大白鼠随机分为阉割组、替代组及假手术对照组。于 1周后取阴茎海绵体 ,用ISEL法及DNA片段分析检测其细胞凋亡情况。结果 DNA片段分析 ,阉割组出现凋亡特征性“梯带” ;各组凋亡率分别是 4.19%(阉割组 )、0 .2 0 % (替代组 )及 0 .14% (假手术对照组 ) ,阉割组与对照组及替代组差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,对照组与替代组差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 去势可诱导阴茎海绵体发生细胞凋亡 ,睾酮替代能阻止凋亡的发生 ,阴茎海绵体结构的维持依赖雄激素。
Objective To investigate the effect of androgen on the structure of corpus cavernosum. Methods Thirty mature rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: one week castrats, one week castrates given testosterone injection at the time of surgery and sham operated controls. One week after castration, corpus cavernosum were harvested. Apoptosis was detected by using ISEL technique (in situ end labeling) and DNA fragment analysis. Results Apoptotic rate was 4.19% in castrated rats, 0.20% in castrated rats treated with testosterone and 0.14% in controls. Significant difference was found between castrates and other groups (P<0.01). But compared replacement group with controls, there was no statistical change (P>0.05). Conclusion Castration can induce apoptosis in rat corpus cavernosum which could be prevented by testosterone replacement. The structure of corpus cavernosum is dependent on androgen.
