摘要
目的 探讨高能震波 (HESW )对兔骨折愈合的影响及其机理。方法 手术造成家兔双侧胫骨标准骨折模型 ,对 1侧胫骨骨折部施以HESW ;另 1侧为对照。术后每周进行X线及组织学检查 ,并取骨折骨痂切片用骨形态发生蛋白 (BMP)抗体进行免疫组织化学染色 (SABC法 )。结果 X线摄片及组织学观察显示 ,实验侧骨痂出现时间及骨折愈合时间均明显早于对照侧 ;骨痂区毛细血管计数、BMP表达强度在第 2~ 4周时实验侧均明显大于对照侧 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 HESW可以改善骨折部位血供 ,能够增加骨痂中BMP的表达 ,从而促进骨折愈合。
Objective\ To observe the effects of high energy shock waves (HESW) on fracture healing and to explore its mechanisms. Methods\ Standardized fracture models were made in bilateral tibial diaphyses in 30 rabbits. Seven days after fracture, the right or left of the rabbits was treated with HESW, the opposite side served as control group. The X ray films and histological sections were made for the evaluation of effects on fracture healing. At the different stages, rabbits' fracture callus and bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) antibody were adopted for immunohistochemical staining (SABC method).Results\ The fracture healing found in experimental group were earlier than in the control group. The capillaries in histological sections and the intensity of the positive staining in the experimental group were more than those of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion\ HESW can enhance the blood supply in the fracture site and increase the expression of BMP in fracture callus. So it can stimulate callus formation and accelerate fracture healing.
