摘要
与传统医院建设模式相比,设计采购施工(EPC)总承包模式将传统的设计—招标—施工模式中不同合同关系的单位转化为一个责任主体,使设计采购施工结合紧密,工程进度得以保障。文章通过首钢水钢总医院的建设实例,阐述了在设计采购施工总承包模式中进行的探索。
compared to traditional hospital construction pattern, engineering, procurement and construction （EPC） contracting pattern makes different contractual units - engineering, procurement and construction - to one single responsible party to make sure the design, procurement and construction integrated and the project is according to the schedule. The article analyzes Capital Steel Shuigang General Hospital construction and explores the engineering, procurement and construction contracting pattern.
