摘要
为了提高手术室的利用率,把负压手术室设计为正负压切换手术室的医院较多。正负压切换手术室一般设计为Ⅲ级,正压时做非污染性Ⅲ级手术,负压时做污染性手术,正负压切换通过控制手术室内的排风量来实现。文章介绍了正负压切换手术室设计中出现的问题,结合实际经验,重点从手术室的平面布局流程、净化空调系统设计等方面进行分析,对正负压切换手术室的设计提出了几点建议。
To increase the use ratio of the operating rooms, many hospitals prefer the positive and negative pressure switching operating rooms. Usually designed as Grade Ⅲ, Positive pressure for non-polluting Grade Ⅲ surgeries, negative pressure for polluting surgeries, and pressure switch is achieved by controlling the exhaust air rate in the operating room. The article introduces the issues in the design of positive and negative pressure switching operating room, analyzes the operating room layout and process, clean air-conditioning system design by case study, and proposes some suggestions for the design of positive and negative pressure switching operating room.
