摘要
高职院校要培养出适应新时期旅游市场需求的高素质优秀导游人才,须从课程设置、教学方法等方面来探讨目前高职导游人才培养中存在的问题,并有针对性地进行改革,优化课程设置,突出专业特色;优化教学方法,强化实训教学。以此促进教学质量的提高。
In order to train high-quality excellent guide talents for higher vocational colleges,this paper discusses the existing problems in the training of higher vocational guide talents at present from the aspects of curriculum setting and teaching methods.It accordingly reforms to optimize curriculum setting for outstanding professional character,optimizing teaching methods and strengthening teaching of practical training so that it can promote the increase of teaching quality.
