摘要
国家大力发展职业教育之后,传统手工艺传承人的培养以新的教育方式蓬勃开展。职业教育通过校企合作、专兼职师资队伍建设和创新的教学方式,为传统手工艺行业培养兼具创造力和工艺技能的新传人。对于这样的培养成果需要通过硬性和软性双重指标作客观评价。
After the great development of vocational education by our country,the educational form can be developed vigorously for the training of traditional handicraft＇s successors.Through college-enterprise cooperation,construction of part-time teaching staff,and innovative teaching forms,vocational education cultivates new successors of creativity and craft skill for traditional handicraft.It should make objective evaluation for the training result through soft and hard double-index.
