摘要 针对鄂钢宽厚板轧机机架辊装置投产初期故障多,导致使用周期短的问题,对机架辊传动系统、支承系统和油路系统等进行了全面分析。通过采用圆柱面过盈连接式齿式联轴器、改造轴承座进油管路和润滑系统的连接管网,降低故障率,缩短了设备检修时间。 Focusing on the frequent failures of feed rollers on the wide and heavy plate mill in E Cheng Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. at initial stage after start - up, which resulted in short service cycle, overall analysis has been carried out on the drive system, bearing housing and lubiration piping of the feed rollers. By using cylindrical interference con- nection type gear coupling, modifying the lubrication oil inlet piping of bearing housing and the interconnecting piping of lubrication system, the failure rate has been greatly reduced and the maitanence time greatly shortened.
