摘要
电弧炉电极调节系统是具有强非线性及随机扰动的系统。在满意度PID控制方法基础上,对电弧炉电极调节系统进行了基于反馈线性化的满意度PID控制设计研究,并进行了单指标约束和多指标约束情况下满意度PID控制的仿真,验证了此控制方法的适用性,这对电弧炉电极调节系统及同类非线性系统的研究有重要意义。
Electric arc furnace electrode regulating system is a close coupling and strongly non-linear system.In this paper,a satisfaction PID controller for electrode regulating system of arc furnace is designed based on feedback linearization.Then this satisfaction PID controller is simulated under the condition of single index and multi-index constraint to verify the applicability of this controlling approach.The result is of great reference significance for electrode regulating control of arc furnace and other similar non-linear system control.
