摘要 根据工业应用设计理念设计了一种轴向永磁轴承,并通过试验对轴向永磁轴承的力学特性进行了研究,以确保其承载能力及刚度等达到实用要求,使主机厂家的工程技术人员在只需知道轴承内径d、外径D和高(宽)度L(L1)等尺寸参数下,就能像滚动轴承那样方便地将其设计应用到主机中。 An axial permanent magnetic bearing is designed based on the design concept for industrial applications. During the experiments on the mechanical characteristics of the axial permanent magnetic bearings, the carrying capacity and stiffness of the bearings are researched which would meet the practical requirements. Then the axial permanent magnetic bearing could be used as easy as rolling bearing which would help to complete the design of the host machine, the engineering and technical persons only need to know the inner diameter d, outer diameter D and height or width L (L1) of the bearing.
