摘要
当前人口老龄化已是全球性问题,但西班牙人口老龄化比其他国家更趋严重。为此,应加强关爱老人的社会舆论宣传,开展有组织的互助,设立关爱老人的基金组织,加大对老年人的帮扶力度。中国也已进入了老龄化结构,应借鉴西班牙好的做法,完善社会保障体系,初步形成专业化养老服务组织,设立老年人社会基金组织,加强基础设施建设和社会舆论宣传,让中国人生活得更幸福。
At present, the problem of the aging population has become a global issue, but it is more serious in Spain than that in other countries. Therefore, the following countermeasures are proposed in this paper： to enhance the social advocacy and public opinion about caring for the elderly; to arrange for organized mutual assistance ; to set up funds for the elderly ; and to strengthen the support of the senior citizens. China has entered the aging of population structure. To enable the Chinese to enjoy a happier life, Chinese government should take some good examples from Spain to perfect its social security system, gradually set up some professional old - age care centers, establish some social funds for the elderly, and enhance its infrastructure construction, public opinion and social propaganda.
