摘要
设计与实现了一种多断口光控真空断路器的同步控制系统。该系统的硬件以数字信号处理器(DSP)与现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)为核心,采用母线背板与功能插板结合的硬件架构;软件实现了电压/电流零点检测算法,设计了控制系统与光控真空断路器的光纤通信协议,完善了同步控制算法。电磁兼容实验结果和同步开断实验结果表明,所设计的系统具有良好的电磁兼容性,很好地满足了多断口光控真空断路器对信号处理的实时性要求,能较好地完成多端口断路器的同步操作。
A synchronization control system is designed and implemented for multi-break vacuum circuit breaker,which takes DSP(Digital Signal Processor) and FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) as its hardware core and adopts the hardware architecture combining bus backplane and function flapper.Its software contains a zero voltage / current detection algorithm and the protocol designed for the fiber communication between system and breaker,which improves the synchronization control algorithm.Results of electromagnetic compatibility test and synchronous breaking experiments show that,the designed system has good electromagnetic compatibility,meets the requirements of multi-break vacuum circuit breaker for real-time signal processing,and realizes the synchronous operation of multi-break vacuum circuit breaker perfectly.
