摘要
结合电力系统中普遍应用的离线计算和准实时控制方案,以及超实时预测和控制方案,提出了暂态功角稳定和暂态电压稳定视角下的离线、准实时和超实时重合时序整定策略。超实时整定策略根据广域测量系统(WAMS)提供的故障线路两端断路器跳闸后的实测受扰轨迹,采用最小二乘法对导纳参数进行在线辨识,实现对导纳阵的实时跟踪,用其来预测重合闸的功角和母线电压变化轨迹,提高预测精度,从而得到优化的重合时序方案。数字试验表明该策略正确、有效。
Combined with the off-line and quasi-real-time control scheme widely applied in the second defensive line of power system in China and the super-real-time prediction and control scheme with wide application prospect,a setting strategy of off-line,quasi-real-time and super-real-time reclose sequence is proposed in the view of transient angle and voltage stability.Based on the disturbed trajectory measured at both terminals by WAMS(Wide Area Measurement System) after the breaker trip,the super-real-time setting strategy applies the least square method to online identify the admittance parameters,implements the realtime tracking of admittance matrix,predicts the reclose angle and bus voltage change trajectory with higher precision,and optimizes the reclose sequence scheme.Digital test verifies its correctness and effectiveness.
