摘要
目的:建立测定口服补液盐散(Ⅰ)中葡萄糖含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱-示差折光检测法。色谱柱为Hypersil APS-2(NH2)柱,流动相为乙腈-水(75:25),流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为40℃,检测器温度为40℃,进样量为20μL。结果:葡萄糖检测浓度在0.2082～2.082mg.mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为101.40%,RSD=2.00%(n=9)。结论:该方法操作快速、简便,专属性好,耗样量少,结果准确、可靠,适用于口服补液盐散(Ⅰ)中葡萄糖的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the content determination of glucose in Oral rehydration salts powder（Ⅰ）.METHODS：HPLC-RID was adopted.Hypersil APS-2（NH2） column was used with mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-water（75：25） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The temperatures of both the column and the detector were 40 ℃.The injection volume was 20 μL.RESULTS：The linear range of glucose was 0.208 2～2.082 mg·ml-1（r=0.999 9）with an average recovery of 101.40%（RSD=2.00%,n=9）.CONCLUSION：The method is rapid,simple,specific,low sample consume,accurate and acceptable,which can be selected to determine the content of glucose in Oral rehydration salts powder（Ⅰ）.
