摘要 【目的】为了初步探讨宜昌橙(Citrus ichangensis Swingle)体细胞染色体联会发生的机制,【方法】以中国农业科学院国家种质重庆柑橘圃(CRICAAS)提供的宜昌橙为试验材料,利用荧光原位杂交技术(fluorescence in situ hy-bridization,FISH)研究了其体细胞有丝分裂中期染色体上45S rDNA的分布情况,并结合联会区域比较分析。【结果】结果表明,不同类型宜昌橙细胞分裂中期染色体45SrDNA的分布位点无明显差异,均存在4个杂交位点,分别位于第2对同源染色体的短臂端部或者近端部,及第9对染色体的次缢痕区域。【结论】宜昌橙体细胞染色体联会现象并非随机生物现象,而是宜昌橙固有的细胞学特征;其体细胞染色体联会以同源染色体联会为主,推测可能与异染色质集中区域或者结构形成有关。 【Objective】The objective of the study is to discuss the genetic mechanism of chromosome synapsis in somatic cell of Citrus ichangensis Swingle.【Method】 The distribution of 45SrDNA on chromosome in metaphase of mitosis of C.ichangensis offered by CRICAAS(Citrus Research Institute,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences) had been researched by FISH(fluorescence in situ hybridization) technique.【Result】45S rDNA sites in these strains did not differ significantly and four 45S rDNA hybridization sites were existed in these typess and located in the end or proximal end of the shot arms of the second pairs of homologous chromosomes and secondary constriction region of the ninth pairs of homologous chromosomes respectively.【Conclusion】It can be found that synapsises in C.ichangensis Swingle could occurre in stable rates between the second and ninth homologous and non homologous chromosomes based on the above results,and it may be relative to area of heterochromatin concentration or their structures formation areas.
