This paper intends to develop a theory called Classified capital collocation. The theory can be used to explain the discrepancy of benefit distribution of value chain among countries. Firstly, when specialization deepens, international specialization evolves from manufacturing to capital formation , while capital formation and Classified capital collocation emerges. Secondly, different quantity as well as formation speed of two types of capital causes the discrepancy of benefit distribution of value chain among participating countries.
