人参皂苷Rh2对人卵巢癌细胞的作用及其机制的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究人参皂苷Rh2(Ginsenoside Rh2)对人卵巢癌细胞的抑制作用,并初步探讨其抑制机制。方法:①人卵巢癌细胞SKOV3常规培养后,MTT法观察Rh2对SKOV3细胞增殖的抑制作用;②RT-PCR技术从分子水平检测SKOV3细胞Caspase3的mRNA表达,初步探讨其抑癌机制。结果:①MTT法检测结果显示:SKOV3细胞生长抑制率随Rh2浓度的增加而增大,与对照组比较,细胞增殖受到明显抑制(P<0.05)。②RT-PCR结果显示:实验组Caspase3的表达明显高于对照组。结论:①人参皂苷Rh2可抑制卵巢癌SKOV3细胞的增殖。②人参皂苷Rh2可能通上调caspase3的表达诱导卵巢细胞凋亡。
