摘要
为观测光纤通信领域内的各种微小红外光斑,我们研制了一种采用变象管的仪器.使用这种仪器比采用Ge靶摄象管或PIN、APD等其它器件的观测设备具有更直观、方便和更经济的优点.本仪器用于观测光斑模场的分辨度高于10μm,而用于测量自聚焦透镜焦点位置参数S的精度优于20μm.可广泛应用于科研和生产领域中.
An instrument has been developed for observing the infrared tiny speckle in optical fiber communications with image-change tube.It is more visual,convenient and economical as compared to other devices such as Ge-target camera,PIN,APD, etc,.The resolution of this instrument is higher than 19μm in observing the model field of tiny speckle,and the precision is better than 26μm for measuring the focus point position of GRIN rod lens.
