摘要
毕业论文是开放教育教学过程的重要环节,也是开放教育的难点,存在着诸多问题有待研究和探讨。针对开放教育学生毕业论文写作末期沉淀现象,文章运用绩效技术,在问卷调查和访谈的基础上,对预期绩效与实际绩效之间的差距进行了分析,并设计了绩效改进干预策略。实践表明,基于网络的助学干预策略取得了预期成效,有效地缓解了毕业论文写作末期的沉淀现象,提高了毕业论文的完成率。
Dissertation is the crucial part and the difficult problem of the open education with various problems that are supposed to be studied and discussed. Connecting with the drop - out phenomenon and based on questionnaires and interviews, this essay is going to analyze the gap between expected performance and actual performance, and to design performance improvement intervention stra egies. Practice shows that this strategy is effective to alleviate the drop - out phenomenon and to improve graduation thesis completion rate.
