摘要
为研究冠状动脉结扎前后心脏不同状态下心率分形维数的变化特征 ,运用非线性动力学的分形维数算法 ,观察8条健康犬单纯浅麻醉、开胸、接呼吸机和冠状动脉结扎前后等不同状态下心率分形维数的变化。结果显示 :分形维数以单纯浅麻醉时最大 ,开胸和接呼吸机后略有减小 ;结扎冠状动脉后较单纯浅麻醉状态非常明显减小 (P<0.01)。认为心率分形维数能较敏感地反应心脏的储备功能 ,可作为检测心肌缺血状态的指标。
Heart rate fractal dimension of nonlinear dynamics was used to study heart rate fractal dimension in different heart conditions before and after ligating coronary artery ligated.We observed changes of heart rate fractal dimension in 8 healthy dogs,under conditions of elemental anesthesia,chest open,artificial respiration and before and after ligating coronary artery. Results showed that fractal dimension under condition of elemental anesthesia was biggest ,and it was little smaller under conditions of chest open and artificial respiration,furthermore compared with elemental anesthesia,fractal dimension was reduced significantly after ligating coronary artery (P<0.01).We indicated that heart rate fractal dimension might sensitively describe reserve of heart function,and could be used as index to study myocardial ischemic degree.
