杀虫剂对褐飞虱和灰飞虱的毒力差异及机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探明杀虫剂在褐飞虱和灰飞虱间的作用差异,在室内测定了噻嗪酮和氨基甲酸酯杀虫剂速灭威、异丙威对褐飞虱和灰飞虱的毒力,同时比较了相同配比下噻嗪酮与速灭威、异丙威混配对两种飞虱的增效作用差异;并通过生化测定比较了杀虫剂单剂及组合对两种飞虱体内AChE和GSTs的抑制效果。研究结果表明噻嗪酮、速灭威和异丙威对灰飞虱1L若虫的LC50分别是褐飞虱的2.30、5.60、1.61倍。噻嗪酮与速灭威、异丙威分别按2∶1、1∶4比例混配,对褐飞虱的共毒系数分别为182.39和193.94,对灰飞虱的共毒系数仅为60.11和43.77。生化分析结果显示,杀虫剂单剂及组合在活体和离体条件下对褐飞虱的AChE的抑制率均高于灰飞虱,而GSTs的测定结果,未表现出一致趋势。 To verify the different effects of pesticides on the brown planthopper(BPH) and the small brown planthopper(SBPH),bio-assay was carried out under laboratory conditions to detect the toxicity of buprofezin,metolcarb and isoprocarb.At the same time,the common-toxicity of buprofezin with two carbamate insecticides,metolcarb and isoprocarb,to 1st nymph of BPH and SBPH were compared.Furthermore,the inhibition of AChE and GSTs was also studied in this paper.The results showed that the LC50 values of SBPH to buprofezin,metolcarb,isoprocarb were 2.30,5.60,1.61 times more than BPH.The common-toxicity coefficients(CTC) of BPH were 182.39 and 193.94 with the ratio of buprofezin to metolcarb and isoprocarb were 2∶ 1 and 1∶ 4 while the CTC were 60.11 and 43.77 of SBPH.The inhibition rate on the AChE of BPH by pesticides and the mixtures were all higher than that of SBPH while the experiment did not find the same tendency in the results of GSTs detection.
