摘要
目的对3种不同身份护理人员满意度与忠诚度进行研究。方法通过现场调查获得数据,并进行独立样本t检验、相关性分析等统计分析。结果对整体数据进行分析,忠诚度与年龄、身份、技术职称3个因素有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论公立医院对不同身份员工需要采取不同应对策略。
Objective To research the loyalty index and satisfaction among three kinds of nursing staff. Methods Doing ttest and correlation analysis through field survey. Results The deference of the loyalty index, age, identification and tech- nical titles among 3 kinds of nursing staff is remarkable (P〈0.05). Conclusion Public hospitals need different coping strategies.
