摘要
为研究减小电流引线漏热的优化途径,从基本传热模型出发,对传导冷却电流引线进行了热分析,获得了最小漏热关系式,得到了综合优化参数关系式。通过实例分析提出降低电流引线温度较高端的温度,可以有效减小电流引线漏热。提出当综合优化参数偏离最佳值时,为减小漏热应当尽可能增大而不是减小该值。
A thermal analysis was presented to investigate the effective method for reducing the heat leak through the current lead. The minimum heat leak expression was deduced and the optimal parameter was proposed. It was demonstrated by instances that the heat leak can be reduced effectively by lowering the temperature of current lead at high temperature end. The study shows that the value of the optimal parameter should be increased rather than decreased when the optimum value are not available.
