摘要药物不良反应（ adverse drug reaction, ADR）是在预防、诊断、治疗疾病或调节生理功能过程中，在正常用法、用量情况下服用药品所出现的不期望的有害反应。近年来ADR的发生率呈逐步上升趋势，而药物过敏是ADR的常见类型之一，常导致患者中断治疗，冉次就医甚至危及患者生命，增加医疗成本。
