摘要
高分子阻尼材料以其优异的减振降噪性能在汽车、船舶、航空航天等诸多领域得到了越来越多的应用。重点综述了国内外高分子阻尼材料的最新研究进展,详细阐述了其减振降噪的作用机理,深入分析了影响其减振降噪的相关因素,并概括地介绍了其工程应用情况和发展前景。研究表明,通过选择合适的树脂基料、功能填料及改性方法,可制得高性能、宽温域的阻尼材料,以达到减振降噪的目的。高分子阻尼材料正不断朝着具有高阻尼、宽温域、环境友好等具有多项优异综合性能的方向发展,应用前景广阔。
Polymer damping materials is becoming increasingly applied to the automobiles, ships, aerospace and other fields. The latest progress research in domestic and foreign of polymer damping materials is reviewed, the dam- ping mechanism and influencing factors of reducing vibration and noise are expounded. At last, the engineering appli- cation and development prospect are introduced. The results show that choose the right resin, functional fillers and modification methods, the high-damping materials for a wide temperature range can be obtained. Polymer damping materials develops constantly toward high damping, wide temperature range, environmental friendly and possessing other excellent comprehensive performances and the application is prosperous.
