摘要
讨论了串联2-2型压电复合材料的介电损耗tan δ、介电击穿Eb等介电特性。通过测试复合材料的谐振频率fr和反谐振频率fa,计算出了2-2型复合材料的压电常数d31、dh,gh以及优值adhgh并讨论了它们的变化规律。文章对压电常数作了数学模拟,实验结果表明:在压电陶瓷(PZT)体积含量较高时,实验值与计算值比较吻合。
Dielectric loss tan δ,and dielectric breakdown Eb of 2-2 piezoelctric composites with series model are discussed. Piezoelectric constant d31,dh,gh and figure of merit dhgh of 2-2 composites are calculated through resonance frequency fr and anti-resonance frequency fa of composites. The results showed that experimental values have a good agreement with calculated values at high PZT volume content.
