摘要 介绍了机库供暖系统的概况。测试并模拟了供暖热负荷和机库内垂直温度及水平温度的分布。模拟结果与实测结果较接近。结果表明:垂直温度分层明显,随着高度增加,温度升高且温度梯度增大,黑球温度略高于干球温度;水平温度有一定波动,但波动范围不大,大致在2℃以内,室内温度分布受机库门开关状态的影响较大。为了提高燃气利用率,应提高辐射管发热量中辐射的比例。 Presents briefly the heating system of the hangar. Tests and simulates heating load and temperature distribution in vertical and horizontal directions. The measured results are close to those of simulation. The results show that the air temperature differs markedly in the vertical direction, the air temperature rises and the temperature gradient increases with the height, and the black globe temperature is higher slightly than drybulb temperature; the temperature fluctuation range is smaller than 2 ℃ and the temperature distribution is affected markedly by whether the hangar door is open or closed in the horizontal direction. Proposes that radiation heat transfer fraction of total heat capacity of radiation tube be improved to increase the gas efficiency.
