摘要
目的探讨垂体后叶素局部肌注治疗瘢痕子宫妊娠人工流产术中大出血的安全性和可行性。方法回顾性分析我院妇产科应用垂体后叶素局部肌注治疗瘢痕子宫妊娠人工流产术中大出血36例的临床资料。结果垂体后叶素局部肌注治疗瘢痕子宫妊娠人工流产术中大出血,能够立即止血,有效减少出血量。结论垂体后叶素局部肌注治疗子宫瘢痕部位妊娠人工流产术中大出血是安全的、有效的和可行的。
Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of pituitrin in treatment of scar pregnancy with massive hemorrhage. Methods In this retrospective study, 36 patients underwent pituitrin in treatment of scar pregnancy with massive hemorrhage. Results Pituitrin was all successful in treatment of scar pregnancy with massive hemorrhage. Conclusion Pituitrin in treatment of scar pregnancy with massive hemorrhage is safe and can be formed safely by experienced gynecologians.
