摘要
目的观察应用肌肉注射间苯三酚联合宫颈注射利多卡因在绝经后妇女宫内节育器(IUD)取出术中的临床效果。方法将82例需要取IUD的绝经后妇女随机分为两组。观察组44例,术前15 min肌肉注射间苯三酚40 mg,术中宫颈注射利多卡因5 ml;对照组38例,仅术中宫颈注射利多卡因5 ml,两组按操作常规取IUD。观察宫颈软化、宫口松弛情况、镇痛效果及一次性取IUD成功率、并发症等。结果观察组与对照组在宫颈软化松弛方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在镇痛效果及一次性取IUD成功率等方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论术前肌肉注射间苯三酚联合术中宫颈注射利多卡因用于绝经后妇女取环具有软化宫颈、镇痛效果好、取环成功率高、安全、无不良反应等优点。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of intramuscular injection of phloroglucinol combined with cervical injec- tion of lidoeaine on postmenopausal women with intrauterine device （IUD） removal surgery. Methods Eighty-two cases postm- enopausal women needed to take the IUD were randomly divided into two groups. Forty-four cases in observation group were given intramuscular injection of phloroglucinol 40 mg at 15 minutes before surgery, and cervical injection of lidocaine 5 ml during oper- ation; Thirty-eight cases in control group were only given cervical injection of lidocaine 5 ml during operation, and ICU was re- moved according to routine method. The relaxation of the cervix and cervix intenerating, IUD analgesic effect and to one-time success rate and complications were observed in the two groups. Results The cervical intenerating and relaxation has no signifi- cant differences between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; But there were significant differences in the analgesic effect and a one-time success rate of IUD between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Intramuscular injection of phloroglucinol preoperative com- bined with intraoperative injection of lidocaine in treating postmenopausal women with intrauterine device removal surgery have ad- vantages of intenerating cervix, good analgesic effect, high success rate of intrauterine devices, safe, no side effects and so on.
