摘要 超滤膜在城市净水工艺中的应用,选择合适的阈通量是其成功的关键之一。围绕这一关键点,使用4种膜材料(PVC、PVDF、PES和PS)过滤原水,比较分析不同膜材料对阈通量的影响。结果表明PVDF膜的抗污染性最高,所求不可逆阈通量大于30L/(m2.h)。PS膜由于相对较小的截留分子质量,导致污染最严重,不可逆阈通量最小。PVC和PES膜对污染比较敏感,可以测定多个阈通量。 As for the application of ultrafiltration in municipal water treatment process,one of the key points was the selection of suitable threshold flux.Based on this opinion,four different membranes(PVC,PVDF,PES and PS) were applied to raw water filtration.The effects of different membranes on threshold flux were compared and analyzed.The irreversible threshold flux of PVDF was more than 30 L/(m2·h),which verified its highest anti-fouling ability among these materials.The irreversible threshold flux of PS was lowest due to low molecular weight cutoff.PVC and PES could display several threshold fluxes due to their sensitivity to fouling.
