摘要
在我国西部地区新一轮的开发中 ,人口、资源、环境与经济社会的协调发展、西部地区战略产业群体作用发挥和环保产业内在要求的实现 ,都需要将环保产业放在一个重要的战略位置上加以认真对待。本文对此进行了深入思考。
In order that there will be a coordinated development in population,resources,environment and economic society,that the role of groups of strategical industry in the west will be given play to, and that the inherent demands of environmental protection industry are to be satisfied, the environmental protection industry should be placed on a very important position and it must be taken into account seriously.
