摘要
[方法]以乙腈为提取溶剂,用Florisil固相萃取柱净化,采用GC-ECD测定,检测蜂王浆中氟胺氰菊酯的残留量。[结果]氟胺氰菊酯的回收率及精密度较高,标准工作曲线的线性相关系数为0.9995,氟胺氰菊酯的加标回收率为82.68%~94.70%,相对标准偏差为3.49%~5.52%,方法最小检出限为0.008 mg/kg。[结论]该方法操作简单,乙腈提取时,则避免乳化现象,样品提取、净化效率高,而且简便、重现性好,适合大批量样品的检测。
[Methods] The fluvalinate residue in royal jelly was extracted by acetonitrile,cleaned-up with the florisil solid phase extract column,and was quantified by GC-ECD.[Results] The method had higher recovery and precision,the linear correlation coefficient of standard work curve was 0.999?5.The average recovery rate of fluvalinate was 82.68-94.70% and relative standard deviation was 3.49-5.52%.The minimum detection limit was 0.008 mg/kg.[Conclusions] Acetonitrile extraction could avoid the emulsification phenomenon.The method was simple with good repeatability which had high extraction,purification efficiency and recovery rate.It was sutable for the detection of large numbers of samples.
