摘要
基于解释结构模型,分析我国新能源发电企业面临的风险因素及其相互关系,构建新能源发电企业风险因素体系,通过MATLAB编程计算可达矩阵,在此基础上,绘制风险因素阶层结构图,并从源头风险、过程风险和最终风险出发,提出相应的风险管控措施,为新能源发电企业的风险管理和防范控制提供决策依据。
Based on the interpretative structural model,this paper analyzes the risk factors and their mutual relationship for new energy power generation enterprises in China.The risk factors system is constructed and the reachable matrix is calculated by MATLAB programming.On this basis,the hierarchical structure diagram is formulated,and the appropriate risk control measures are put forward from the perspective of source risk,process risk and ultimate risk,aiming to provide reference for decision-making in risk management and prevention control.
