摘要
基于"法商结合"的视角,在整合相关理论的基础上,对待引进专利进行商业价值与法律风险组合分析,并借助SWOT模型构建企业专利引进方式的分析过程,进而明确企业专利引进战略的基本思路。
In the perspective of ＂combination of law and commerce＂, the article researches the introduction of patents in aspects of both law and commercial factors based on the integration of relevant theories, and then builds the analytical procedure by SWOT model to supply companies with basic ideas of the strategic introduction of patents.
