摘要 根据电网发生故障时网架结构变化的特点,依据我国继电保护的整定原则和动作逻辑,构建了故障时电网结构变化的基本模式,以实现对于故障的快速感知与诊断。为分析故障时二次系统的动作行为,构建了采用动态故障树表示的电网故障诊断二次系统模型,基于该模型对继电保护的基本动作模式进行了研究,将保护装置动作模式分为保护配属对象故障模式、外部设备故障模式、断路器拒动模式、保护拒动模式和异常动作模式。采用模式叠加构建了多重保护配置下的保护动作模式,利用网络拓扑完成了失电区域内多装置动作模式的生成,分析了电网故障过程中继电保护动作的模式不相容现象。通过算例分析,证明了所提出的保护动作模式匹配方法的有效性和可行性。 Based on the change of power grid structure during faults and according to setting principle and action logic of protective relayings in China,basic modes of grid structure changes during faults are constructed to implement fast sensing and diagnosis of faults.To analyze the action and behavior of secondary system during faults,a secondary system model for system fault diagnosis,which is represented by dynamic fault tree,is constructed,and based on this model the basic action modes of protective relayings are researched,and then the action modes of protection devices are divided into fault mode of protection attachment object,external equipment fault mode, refusing to act mode of circuit breaker,refusing to act mode of protection and abnormal action mode.The action mode of protective relayings under multi protection configuration is generated by mode superposition,and based on network topology the generation of action mode of multi devices within power-off region is implemented,in addition,the incompatibility among action modes of protective relayings during the process of system fault is analyzed.The effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed protection action modes are proved by results of case simulation.
