摘要
运用多变量形态度量学分析方法,采用13个形态性状,对山东省4个地区:青岛红岛、威海乳山、东营河口、东营广饶,以及辽宁省葫芦岛和海南省三亚6个不同地区的毛蚶(Scapharca subcrenata)群体间的形态差异进行了比较研究。聚类分析和主成分分析结果表明:河口群体和广饶群体形态最为接近,海南群体的趋异程度最大。主成分分析建立了3个主成分—壳质量、楯面长、前端到腹缘,其贡献率分别为:31.25%,24.46%,12.39%,积累贡献率为68.10%。判别分析结果显示,6个毛蚶群体的形态差异显著(P<0.01)。建立了6个毛蚶群体的判别函数,其判别准确率P1为82.76%~98.63%,P2为80.00%~100%,综合判别率为91.7%。研究结果为毛蚶的地理群体识别、遗传特征研究、种质资源保护与恢复提供重要的依据。
The variations of 13 morphometric measurements of 6 Scapharca subcrenata geographical pop- ulations of China (Hongdao of Qingdao, Rushan of Weihai and Hekou and Guangrao of Dongying, Shan- dong Province, Huludao, Liaoning Province and Sanya, Hainan Province) was comparatively analyzed in this study. Cluster and principal component analyses showed that Guangrao and Hekou populations were the closest , while Sanya population was the most distant from others. Three principal components were retrieved, which contributed 31.25%, 24. 46% and 12. 39% of the total variation, respectively, reaching 68. 10% in total. Stepwise discriminant analysis revealed that 6 populations were significantly different in morphology (p〈0.01). Principal component I and principal component 2 dependent discrimination func- tions were established, which discriminated 6 populations at accuracy of 82. 76%-98. 63% and 80.00%- 100%, respectivekly, with an average of 91.70%. Our findings provided an important basis for identification and genetic characterization of geographical populations and protection and restoration of genetic resource of S. subcrenata.
