摘要
目的:通过纠正社会上存在的药品安全认识误区,以优化药品安全监管环境,提高药品安全监管的效率。方法:从药品的特殊性入手,分析药品安全风险的来源,并进一步阐述药品安全的内涵。结果:药品安全风险具有不可避免性,药品安全具有相对性,不存在绝对的药品安全。结论:监管部门有必要引导公众正确认识药品安全,完善药品安全风险沟通的渠道,明确企业的责任和作用。
Objective： The essay brings forward the suggestions in order to remove the misunderstandings existing in the mass public regarding the drug safety, thus optimizing the regulation environment and enhancing the regulation efficiency in terms of the drug safety. Method： The essay starts with the particularity of drug, then analyzes the source of the risky factors in drug safety and elaborates on the essence of the drug safety. Results： The risky factors in drug safety is unavoidable and the safety of drugs is a relative concept. Conclusion： The regulators should guide the mass to capture the safety of the drug in an all-round way while at the same time improve the channels for the risk communication and identify the functions and responsibility of enterprises.
