摘要
目的:建立阿霉素心肌炎大鼠动物模型,观察心肌炎康滴丸对大鼠模型心功能的影响。方法:本实验通过腹腔注射阿霉素复制大鼠实验性心肌炎模型。用四道生理记录仪记录各组大鼠的LVSP、LVEDP、+dp/dt_max、-dp/dt_max、T值和HR等各项心功能指标,比较各给药组与模axax型对照组的差别。结果:与模型对照组相比,各给药组能显著增加LVSP、+dp/dt_max,同时降低LVEDP、–dp/dt_max,能明显降低心体比,其中中剂量组能明显降低LVM/BW。结论:心肌炎康滴丸对阿霉素致大鼠心功能损伤有保护作用。
Objective : To establish the rat model of adriamycin-induced myocarditis and to study the effect of xinjiyankang on cardiac function of rats. Methods : In this study through the intraperitoneal injection of adriamycin to copy the experimental myocarditis model, To record the LVSP ,LVEDP ,+dp/dt -dp/dt T value and HR and so on with physiological recorder. To compare the difference between the medication administration team and model group. Results : LVSP, dp/dtmax in the treatment group were higher and at the same time LVEDP, -dp/dtmax and the heart mass to body weight ratio were lower than those in the model group, Moderate-dosage xinjiyankang could obviously decrease LVM/BW. Conclusion: Xinjiyankang can protect the cardiac function from injury induced by adriamycin.
