摘要
针对秸秆压块机模块磨损失效问题,分析了模块失效机理,提出了采用电弧喷涂3Cr13丝材对秆压块机模块表面进行强化和修复新工艺。采用正交试验和极差分析法研究了喷涂电流、喷涂电压、喷涂距离、喷涂气压对涂层耐磨性的影响规律,优化了压块机模块电弧喷涂3Cr13工艺参数,测试了3Cr13涂层的摩擦系数。结果表明:涂层摩擦系数为0.36,远低于铸钢摩擦系数0.8,涂层具有优异的耐磨性。
Considering the wear failure problem of the straw cuber, failure mechanism of its bri quette was analyzed and a new surface strengthening process of arc-sprayed 3Cr13 coatings was proposed. Influences of the arc-spraying technological parameters, including spraying current, spraying voltage, spraying distance and spraying pressure, on wearing resistance were studied by ratage analysis and orthogonal experiments, the technological parameters for arc-spraying 3Cr13 coatings were optimized, and coefficient of friction of the coatings was tested. The re sults indicated that the coefficient of friction of the coatings (0.36) was much lower than steel cast (0.8), and the coatings performed excellent wear resistance.
