慢性肾衰啮齿类诱导模型的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 2007年肾脏疾病改善全球成果(KidncyDiseaseItnprovingG10baloutcomes,KDIGO)定义慢性肾脏疾病(chronickidlleydisease,CKD)是一种进行性肾损伤,肾小球滤过率(momellllarfilationrace,GFR)大幅下降,GFR〈60ml/111i11/1.731112持续3个月以上,肾功能逐渐丧失。对于CKD的定义,有学者提出应考虑其他诊断指标,以及其他疾病如心血管疾病的影响,增加CKD诊断分级。CKD最终导致终末期肾衰竭(end.stagerenaldisease,ESRD),患者必须接受透析、肾移植等治疗;而且显著增加心血管疾病风险、
