摘要
干法氟化铝生产工艺中,石膏料仓和装车螺旋装车过程中排放的尾气含氟化氢和石膏粉尘等有害成分,不仅会严重污染作业环境,还会对操作人员的健康造成伤害。通过对各种粉尘处理方法的分析、纯碱脱氟与电石渣浆脱氟的比较,结合液固吸附原理,采用改进型的斜板式折流吸收塔,得到了石膏尾气处理新工艺,并对该工艺的主要设备进行了分析。
In the production process of dry-method aluminum fluoride,the exhausted tail gas from the plaster storage hopper and screw loading process contains hydrogen fluoride and gypsum dust ,which can not only pollute the operating environment, but also can damage the health of operation personnel.Through the analysis of various treatment methods of dust and the comparision of defluorination effect between soda ash and carbide slag slurry and combining the solid-liquid adsorption principle ,a new plaster tail gas treatment technology was obtained by adopting the improved inclined disc type baffle absorption tower.The main equipment of the process was also analyzed.
