摘要
提出了用白光照明 CCD投影成象对聚合物光纤在线检测的方法 ,阐述了其测量原理。介绍了球面镜聚光法 ,光学成象放大 ,数值量化电路结合边界处理软件及最佳积分时间等方法来提高测量精度。实验结果表明测量聚合物光纤直径范围为 0 .2~ 2 mm,精度可达 1 0 μm左右。
A method of on line detection of white light illuminated polymer optic fiber with CCD projection imaging is put forward and its measuring principle is described in the paper.The method for improving the measuring accuracy with spherical lens light collecting method,optical imaging magnification,numerical quantization circuit combining with boundary processing software and optimal integration time etc is presented,The experiments show that the measuring range of the polymer optic fiber diameter is 0.2-2nm,measuring accuracy is 10μm or so.
