This paper analyzed the necessity of contract management preparation in construction preparation stage, introduced in detail the needed to complete each work of contract management in construction preparation stage, in order to help the contractors to familiar contract in construction preparation stage, fully knew the risk, so as to ensure the smooth implementation of contract.
