摘要
立足高校档案工作实际,认为加强高校档案文化建设的途径是:加强档案馆室建设,精心打造文化传播窗口;挖掘高校档案资源,拓宽高校文化建设领域;借重先进管理技术,提升高校文化建设品位;更新档案工作理念,变被动服务为主动服务。
Based on the university archives work practice, the present article believes that the ways to strengthen cultural construction of university archives are： strengthening the archives room construc- tion, carefully build cultural transmission window; exploring archives resources to broaden the field of cultural construction of colleges and universities; relying on advanced management techniques to pro- mote college cultural construction grade; and updating work idea to change passive service to active service.
