摘要
目的:探讨手术室护理人员配置对护士工作满意度影响的相关性分析。方法:对1200名手术室护理人员进行问卷调查,调查内容有护士的一般情况与护理满意度四个指标情况。结果:在1200份调查表中,护士对工作负荷不满意的人数占65.0%,感到工作压力不满意的人数占70.0%,主要原因是工作量大、负荷重,对工作不满意度占50.0%,对收入不满意度占66.7%。调查内容中年龄、配置情况、职称和学历是影响工作满意度的主要因素(P<0.05),其中人员配置情况是最主要的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论:当前我国护士存在普遍的对工作不满意的情况,护士的合理配置是保证护士满意度提升的基础。
Objective To investigate the correlation of configuration of the operating room nursing staff to job satisfaction of nurses. Methods 1,200 operating room nurses were conducted a questionnaire survey, the contents included the nurses＇general situation and four indicators for job satisfaction. Results In the 1 200 questionnaires, the nurses were not satisfied with the workload account- ed for 65.0%, the number of people were dissatisfied with work stress accounted for 70.0%, mainly due to heaw workload, heavy workload, the job dissatisfaction and revenue dissatisfaction accounted for 50.0% and 66.7%. The age configuration, titles and qualifi- cations were the main factors that affects job satisfaction （P〈0.05）, in which the configuration was the most important factor （P〈0.01）. Conclusion At present,China nurses is general dissatisfaction with the situation for nurses, the rational allocation is the basis for en- sure improving nurses satisfaction.
