客家聚居地区人群血脂与HbA1c联合检测分析

摘要 目的:控讨客家人血脂水平与HbA1c相关性。方法:测定282例HbA1c,TG,Chol,HDL,LDL,apoA1,apoB水平,比较不同HbA1c水平的。结果:客家地区糖耐量受损人群(IGT)、糖尿病人群(DM)与正常人群(NGT)比较血脂和HbA1c都有显著差异。结论:客家人随HbA1c水平升高,血脂代谢异常。 Objective To observe the correlation between serum lipids and HbAlc in Hakka area~ Methods Measuring HbAlc,TG, Chol, HDL, LDL, apoAl,apoB of 282 cases. Comparison of differete HbAlc level and lipids metabolism. Results Significiant difference between impaired glucose tolerance (IGT), diabetes mellitus (DM) and normal glucose tolerance (NGT). Conlusion The levels of HbAlc were increased, the Hakka people were metabolic abnormality in lipids.
