DNA甲基化与microRNA相互调控的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 表观遗传对小分子核糖核酸(microRNA)的表达方式以及肿瘤的诱发起着重要的调控作用。microRNA受甲基化和组蛋白修饰等经典表观遗传机制调控,另一方面microRNA对DNA(脱氧核糖核酸)甲基化也能够产生一定的调节作用。鉴于microRNA与DNA甲基化在肿瘤发生发展过程中的共同作用,现阐述midroRNA与DNA甲基化的相互关系在基因表达调控、肿瘤形成以及在抗肿瘤领域内应用研究的最新进展。一。
