摘要
急诊科作为急重症患者的生命首要通道,分析本院急诊科2009~2011年发生的29例典型护患纠纷,找出纠纷可能发生的原因,提出相关防范措施,建立良好的护患关系,有助于对急重症患者实施有效的、有针对性的护理,提高护理质量及患者满意度。
Emergency department is the primary life channel for acute and severe patients,analyzing 29 cases of typical nurse-patient disputes in emergency department of our hospital from 2009 to 2011,finding possible reasons of disputes,putting forward relevant precautionary measures and establishing good nurse-patient relationship can help to implement ef fective and targeted nursing care for acute and severe patients,improve the quality of nursing and satisfaction of patients.
