摘要
在社区老年高血压患者中开展健康教育,采用建立健康档案、定期家庭访视、不定期电话随访、提供免费血压测量、举办健康讲座等形式,对控制血压、预防并发症、提高生活质量具有深远的意义。
We carried out health education to 42 elder patients with hypertension in communities, which includes setting up health records, family interviews, telephone calls, freely measuring blood pressure and health lectures. It came to be an effective method to control blood pressure and prevent complications for the el- der patients with hypertension.
