本文阐述了对图书馆馆员加强人才队伍建设,强化图书馆科学管理,发掘医院图书馆发展潜力,提高图书馆高效优质服务,促进图书馆内涵建设,确保图书馆在医院体制改革中的竞争力。
This paper elaborated on the librarians to strengthen talent team construction, strengthen the scientific management of library, unearth hospital library development potential, improve the efficient service, standardize the library scientific management, promote the library connotation construction, ensure the competition in reform with hospital library system.
