摘要
为了提高电能质量综合评估的客观性、科学性,笔者提出一种综合主、客观权重的组合赋权方法。采用AHP的一种改进方法获取样本数据的主观权重,计算样本数据的熵值获取客观权重,然后通过乘法合成法得到电能质量分项指标的组合权重。建立以电能质量国家标准为依据的标准矩阵,结合组合权重对样本数据进行灰色关联分析求取样本的关联度;通过比较标准样本和数据样本关联度的大小确定样本的等级。实例验证表明,组合赋权法得到的指标权重更加客观、全面,采用灰色关联分析的电能质量综合评估结果更加科学、准确。
In order to enhance the objectivity and scientificity of comprehensive evaluation of power quality, this paper proposes the combination weighting method integrating subjective and objective weighing, a method that separately acquires the subjective weighing of sample data by a improved method of AHP, the objective weighing by calculating the entropy of sample data and the combination weighing of the subitem index of power quality by square synithesis. The standard matrix is established on the basis of the state standard for power quality, a matrix that analy- zes the sample data by grey correlation to acquire the correlation degree of sample with the help of combination weighing and determines the sample level by comparing the correlation degree between the standard and data sample. Experiment proves that the index weighing acquired by combination weighting is more objective and com- prehensive and the comprehensive evaluation result acquired by grey correlation is more scientific and accurate.
